We are committed to providing value for money within our comprehensive and caring service. The fees charged are dependent on the type of care package and needs of the individual service user.

Your fees include all the essentials:

· Care and support from staff to help with daily living activities including a registered nurse 24/7

· All meals and snacks. Nutritious home cooked food cooked on site.

· Religious services

· Activities programme

· Portable telephone and Internet access.

· Access to and use of any aids and appliances according to individual needs, such as hoists, walking aids, wheelchairs, shower and bath chairs. 

· Full housekeeping and full laundry service done on site. 

· Lockable drawer located in bedroom for personal items.

These items are down to personal preference and circumstance and so are not included:

· Newspapers and magazines. 

· Purchase of clothes and toiletries

·  Hair dressing in the home's salon for perms, hair colouring and specialist nail/feet treatments.

· Non-NHS health services and treatment by dentists, opticians or chiropodist.

· Non-prescription medication

· Social and travel costs for privately arranged trips
